Boot Camp Training Timetable

Our Boot Camp Fitness Training Timetable contains 20 weekly sessions for you to choose from. NOTE: You DO NOT have to pre book sessions, neither do we insist you always train at the same sessions each week.

Once you're a member you just train as much as you like, when it suits YOU!

Morning Sessions (Monday to Friday) 06.30 and 09.30
Evening Sessions (Monday to Thursday) 18.30
Weekend Sessions (Saturday and Sunday) 09.00

Training Location

We meet on Chiswick Common, just outside the Rocks Lane tennis and football centre. (Chiswick Common is the ground just behind the Marks & Spencer on Chiswick High Road).
